The one thing ive never done,
is the one thing ive never won
its the only thing ill always see
and the one thing ill never be
for it is a shard which could be lost
or a tard that could be tossed
Even a card which has been written
with tiny scratchs made by a kitten
over-written, turned up, too tune
like you wouldnt believe it was this soon
or high noon like an ocean is atracted to the moon
covered in a balloon and turned yellow
thats the colour that tells if your mellow
suck as your brain being turned into jello
from the sweelo' marijuana turned into hash
from all the mining and the mash
like all the times weve discovered our rash
from the clashes of heart bashing lyers
who always knew they were denyers
and you cant explain why you would admire
a 5 star hotel burning on fire
but now youve discovered that how youve recovered nothing
instead of being born with a blessing you were born with a bluffing. look around you, who do you know?
your still the same, your thoughts never changed
your still high... and one day... you will die
