I am a woman of 45 from the Netherlands. I actually started late with writing poetry (in 2004) and the odd thing is that I started to write in english. Well, that is the internet for ya!!! But lately I have been writing things in Dutch too. I wonder if I will always keep writing now or if it will just stop one day.
I also like webdesign and graphic design and ofcourse reading. I want to redo my homepage one of these days.

I just found this site surfing on the net and I was curious. It is nice and the people are friendly here. So I can drop by, put in some poems and read some of what you all write and get into a contest or two.
