I seem to have a few story bits and story ideas that have been languishing in old notebooks. Until now, I've had all these ideas, stories that march through my mind and play out like I'm watching a movie, but they were all "some day" stories. Stories that I created and I know, but they were waiting for that "someday" when I'm a good enough writer to do them justice or for some undefined time when I'll have enough life experience to write them.

Neither one of those "somedays" has come to pass, but I'm going to write them here and just keep working on them until I finish them! So I guess these are really my first short stories ever.

    A few things in common

    I really enjoyed your Gateways Through The Penumbra piece (as far as it was written at the time of writing this).

    I also have a similar outlook on writing. I'm saving a special subject matter for the right moment before I begin writing it.

    We've definitely got a few things in common. Now, if only I had writing talent in common with you...

    Well it looks like I can't be the first in here but I figured I would return the favor. Don't worry, I am trying to get a new story started (even though the one I have is no where near done) that doesn't start with 'I have to pee'. I'll see ya around.

    Lol!Hi,how ya doing?Read your profile,and I agree.I got so may stories that play in my mind like a movie,but when I have to put it down.I am stuck.I remember it,just writing or typing it down is the hard part.Like you is going to be published well in Storywrite"someday".
