Hi. . .
I used to write angsty, maudlin poems as a teenager...
then i started numbing my brain with chemicals and my muse left me
but the fog is clearing slowly and now and then as i'm writing in my journal or staring at a wall or out a window i get an itch to write a poem
so i found this site and figured maybe i could get some feedback
any and all is appreciated
some of my poems are intensely personal, so i'd rather remain anonymous...I write more to express myself than to impress others...sometimes my poems are the result of emotions bubbling over so to speak. But I figure if I practice I could start writing something someone might actually want to read
"A scribble or a sonnet,
they are really just the same."
