I'm an Army wife of a little over a year, which in my opinion, is one of the hardest jobs ever. Right now, my husband, (who some of you may know on this site, formerly as The Nonrhymer, who's now Anticrombie), is currently deployed to Kosovo. He's due to leave there, to come back, around November 27th of this year. I also have a beatiful baby girl, Rita, who just turned a year old on September 24th. As for my poetry style, I really don't have one. I just write what I feel and, if I happen to rhyme, it's not on purpose.

Just some of my random thoughts:

I have a few regrets in my life so far, but, having my daughter isn't one of them. Neither is joining the military and meeting my husband in Ft. Lee, Virginia. I wouldn't give up the joy of bringing my little girl into the world, watching her grow and learn, and just knowing this amazing little person for anything. Nor would I give up meeting my husband where and when we did and the events that followed. He's a wonderful man, a loving husband, a terrific father, and the love of my life. I know this is a little mushy for some people, but, this is how I feel. I don't often say how I feel, so, this is how I let the people I care about, know exactly what's tugging at me. (10/16/2006)
