i am a 27 year old mother of two great kids. i have a daughter who is 8 and a son who is 15 months old. they are what keeps the breath in the chambers of my lungs.
i am a suffer of bipolar disorder for many years and have daily struggles with my emotions. there are only a few things that help with the dealing of bipolar for me one big help is writing, i am not the best, i am not the worst. it is just something that i have done to keep the peace in my mind body and soul.

i enjoy writing my thoughts and feeling because, the feeling of being alone is something that plags people
on an every day bases all around the wold, i have high hopes that my words, my feelings, and my thoughts, will let some one out there be able to know that they really are not alone there are people out there that are eather open minded or feel the same way.
