Wells... I am a sixteen-year-old girl who lives in the most beautiful place on Earth. My passion is music: I play piano, guitar, and I sing. I don't watch TV, but I love movies. I read a lot - all those books that you're "supposed to". I'm graduating next June, and have no idea what I want to do with my life. I'm teeming with EXISTENTIAL ANGST, but I refuse to play into the 90210 drama that my friends seem so addicted to.
I never know what to say in about-me's - in fact, I absolutely abhor about-me's. But here I am, and I'm trying....
I live for punk cabaret and film noir.
I sometimes fear that I may be suffering from Perpetual Beginner's Syndrome. I am not.
My one big epiphany in life so far is that even though you may be at your wit's end with someone, so disappointed and angry with them, you are still allowed to love that person.
I love how shiny things glitter when recorded on black-and-white film.
I detest people who leer. Ick. Especially when you're forced to work with them in a rather small environment.
I want to save the world.
When I was in grade six, I read everything I could on Greek and Roman mythology. Even a little Norse. I loved it, it made my life. Now I can't remember which names are those of the Greek gods and which are of the Romans.
I have two mommies - Like Heather!
I really enjoy performing. It's challenging, I love it. Live theatre is another big thing for me.
And lastly... for now...
