I would like to share a little about me for those who don’t know me. I am a mother and grandmother. My children and grandchildren are my life. I am a student who went back to school in hopes of improving my life and going back to work. I love to write and read poetry and I also love to share my poetry and see the expressions people have when they read it. I am in a committed relationship with a man I love dearly. I have lived a hard life but it has only made me stronger and more determined to improve the life I live. I am three quarters Native American and believe in a lot of the native ways. The Native American blood that flows through me is Mohawk, Blackfoot, and Cherokee and I am honored to have all three in me. I am also Irish, French, Italian and German. I had always wondered where I got some of my talent and things I do so I searched into my family lines and found that a lot of it comes from the Native American side of me and I was amazed at all the other stuff I found out that I had never known. If you ever wonder about your family history go look it up because you will be glad you have the answers. If anyone knows anything about the ancestry of the blood that flows through me and would like to share about it I would love to know. Some may say I am crazy but I also believe in all the life after death and spirits and that we have angels who watch over us. I also believe everything has a soul and a purpose to be here on the earth and we all go back home to our Heavenly Father when our purpose is done. Heavenly Father is what I chose to call god, he is the father for all things and is a power greater then anything in the world. Some day I would love to have a book of my own poetry published and this has been a dream of mine for many years and one I hope does come true. I do believe dreams come true you just have to want them bad enough and work for them. Enough on me before I make you all think I have truly lost my mind. Maybe sometime soon I will let you in a little bit more into who I am and what I am about. I hope you and yours stay safe and happy and your muses keep you flowing with great poetry.
