The beauty of life does not depend on how happy you are..
rather how happy others are because of you...!!  

                       Why ... I ask
            myself, am I the way I am.
       Did it start when I was born,am I
     part of a                            plan.Am
     I one in a                              trillion
     no one else                         like me.
      Why, am                         I the way
         I am                        is this what
                                    I'm born to
                                  be.To live
                                with such
                              confusion
                             not really 
                            grasping
                            how to!
                            Is what
                            happens
                            up to me

Can a Shattered Heart be Mended
 
Can a shattered heart be mended,
what glue is made that can hold,
with most of the pieces gone from 
a lump of dead flesh turned cold.

Existence without love,
such a tragic thing,
when even the birds
find no reason to sing.

My walk will continue
here in the ninth circle
as grimly I now know
there shall be no miracle.

But through the flames,
the taunting and jeers,
the spirit of a kindred
reaches in to bring cheer.

A small ray of light,
of itself so fragile,
tenderly shines with
a fleetness so agile.

What could this be,
this marvelous light,
as boldly it dares with
radiance so bright.

A strange feeling,
as though I am blessed,
from deep inside,
a thump in my chest.

I feel a warmth
begin to pervade
the coldness within
as feelings invade.

Another daft dream
of a place out of time
that seeks to lure
with thoughts sublime.

And yet, this time
it seems so real
almost as if
I have a new zeal.

Should I now hope
or continue in despair
but truth comes now
and tells me the fare.

My rescue is here
and my heart does race
and I finally reach
my love’s tender embrace.

Time Heals Everything So They Say

This is for you...you know who you are
In giant steps you have come so far
Memories still haunt...and always will
Ever present...their calling is shrill

Healing is slow, with many set backs
Evil verses good...just can't relax
Always questioning have I done right
Lost for answers...can't see the light
So many thoughts and ghosts from the past

Each passing day a total contrast
Vigilent to voices that call in your head
Endlessly heard but seldomly said
Regaining your life will happen in time
Yes it will...with feelings sublime
This is my wish, with all of my heart
Here now to you, my feelings impart
I'm not sure you know just how much I care
Never doubt it, for you, I'll always be there
Growing you are...day after day

Searching for something to end disarray
Oh how I wish for you to be free

Those demons that bug you...no longer to see
Having you close makes me so pleased
Each day I see your troubles are eased
You will now grow...day after day

Suspicion, mistrust...taken life away
Ahead the future's a challenge that's true
You double dog dared me to write this for you
