-
A little child was born this day, it could be near or far away,
-
So this is it! The very edge, I tripped, I fell, onto a ledge,
-
It's good to hear, I'm in the clear,
for evil would'nt dare draw near,
-
So this is it,
I'm here at last,
-
The time is always now,
the world is always bright,
-
Droplets of water,
prisms of light,
-
I felt the blade against my skin,
although I fought it still went in,
-
See the man beside the stair,
body old beyond repair,
-
Spread your bread upon the waters,
if you seek you'll surely find,
-
Space is a place found within walls,
emptiness waits where water falls,
-
You thought life was a game,
no that was not the aim,
-
I lay in my bed not awake yet not sleeping,
around me the noises of morning were creeping,
-
There is a point within my mind
where in I struggle to be kind
-
Peace will fly on wisdom's wings listen to your heart, it sings,
-
The thought - all knowledge is futile,
-
Your face your skin, what lies within,
the bodies beauty is so thin,
-
When you are reading these words, who is reading? Is there a person behind the reading, an observer? Or is there just reading?
-
Just imagine - on your own,
living on this earth alone,
-
There's nothing God needs,
and you are Gods seeds,
-
-
So lets pretend that this is real,
my spirit whispered, that's the deal.
-
I long to be the uncarved block,
a lump of wood, perhaps a rock,
-
Deep inside I hide
Observing worldly lies
-
-
All I see is made for me testing my humanity,
-
Well I have sipped the cup of pleasure,
and swallowed hard and in full measure,
-
In sixty one I was the son,
of one who showed it could be fun,
-
I made this world so I could see,
the wonder I have come to be,
-
I woke this morning rather late,
and this must be my natural state,
-
God put her in my way
I did not want to stay
-
If I should ask of God a favour,
my name to glorify and savour,
-
Autumn leaves summer heat just a memory, incomplete,
-
Hearts I observe, struggle to be heard,
-
In days of old, or so It goes,
they lived without those TV shows,
-
The cycles of the Self
reveal a singular reality,
