I can feel them, spiky thoughts;
Catching on my fingers and making them sting, -
We stare at each other and a tight, thick cord joins our eyes,
Joins our minds and keeps my head above the water. -
I look at my watch,
Head resting on the red bin, -
Don't ask the centipede how it is he walks
Or the bee how it is he flies -
