Dear Demitrius
I'm writing you today -
We got here
From a circus -
I am the river
Travelling across the land -
I like caffeine
Cold tea and real mean! -
Aluminum alligators ate Andy
But Betty beat both badly -
One by one
Two ones did search -
Neither!
Sword and pen -
Ashes gray and glowing red
Too awake to go to bed
-
"Don't waste your life energy.
Leave it all to me", she said -
Crazy little moth
Spinning around in the air -
I'm told, "Nature abhors a vacuum."
But without such the universe, dead -
Hands speaking in archetypes
A mind unshackled, flying beyond -
The light begins to fade
Bad memories they invade -
Over the river and through the woods
A Halloween candy grab -
I'm angry at myself
Myself as I knew it -
He kissed his horse's ass, one fine Moun-ty
Another inquired, quite surprised was he, -
Along darkened paths grow weary
The tired eyes left unguided -
I found a quill
Someone struck me hard, I bled -
Looking back,
To time not well-spent -
In battle I cried
Home again to rest -
On the long march home
Where did our hearts wander -
Twilight wars of will
The human race is a bitter pill -
A little about myself in the form of limericks...
