Not a poem or a story! Something very unique and very long; 18 pages.
-
Washing my heart
of insecurities, -
-
Salty sea breeze;
tantalizing upon my lips, -
A A F G F Eb G E F C...
-
Closing eyes,
like for first kiss, -
I should have known you weren't good enough for me;
I should have left you, before you left me! -
Someone close my eyes
To the pain that I’m seeing -
my mind flooded
with thoughts unbearable -
It is about
breaking up. -
The screams so piercing,
they ought to be heard -
simple and beautiful
Interpreted in different ways -
darling husband, you don't know,
I've already figured it out. -
Violet bruises decorate
pale arms- -
Wander not into the night,
'tis folly... -
Why do you think God prefers
not to control our actions? -
Tainted Dewdrops -
A single hoarse voice:
"Spare change?" -
my dearest, my only
wallpaper boy. -
Conformists, we shout!
Deviant, they whisper. -
This poem is about God, and the way I percieve him to percieve himself. I hope you enjoy the read.
