Let this leap of faith be the last,
Each step taken away from the past.
-
Marionettes of the darkest life, Family gone wrong in the light
-
The forest of green growing things
Protected by an entity far older
-
Impressively unambiguous
Without doubt
-
Lies held by times memory
When those that lived forget
-
Gentle wind of vicious satire
Forsaken in death with times parody
-
This life's fire,
Taken from inside
-
-
Sentinels of a long forgotten time
Watching all in their epic menagerie
-
Poetic thoughts of imagery
Colors depicted brilliantly
-
Small, square and unassuming
But with god's gift of death
-
Break the hands in spews of blood and bone,
Spirit goes next with whips and chains
-
This doe that stares at you,
Betwixt grass drenched in dew
-
I am nothing, I am nobody,
A woman of invisibilty,
-
I have promp #14 and I wrote on a raindrop in the sea
-
Carved into intricate simplicity
Hacked at with jails of creativity
-
Carefully sought upon a path to ruin
Dragging pain behind me
-
Life is a winding journey
That has made my heart weary.
-
Mysterious figures of motionless ink,
This form that takes me to sanity's brink.
-
Cleaved into sumptuous melody,
Tortured into narrow creativity
-
For you, for always, I waited,
With breath that is baited.
-
Obscured beyond the perfection of you
Kissed with your baby’s breath essence.
-
What if this is as good as it gets?
This life that sucks so much
-
Swirling stars of twinkling light
Shadows that dance in the night
-
Burning in this chest
A sensation like panic
-
Smoke rising from fragmented wood
Choking the breath from those that stood
-
Languising in futility,
This heart within me,
-
Who is this I see
Staring back at me?
-
Little thoughts of insanity,
Grab hold of the heart in me,
-
I am a body and nothing more
You lay me down upon this bed
-
A hush settles over the fields of tranquility
Soundless drumbeats arresting times progress
-
Scalloped edges of perfect tranquility,
Ignorant to its own iridescent beauty.
-
Shattered dreams of gossamer fragility, / Held before the eyes of posterity, / This long abandoned legacy, / That was passed down to me. / Lies held back by tongues and fear, / Those things we refuse to hear,
-
Write these words for me, / Paint a portrait of poetry. / Let your words flow out, / Mutterings of insanities shout. / Now it is fine, don't you see? / You have finally caged insanity.
