A poem cannot be a line...

Let us tell the tale of a man named Archus,
And his part in the role of the Darkness. -
It is not a poem, these are lyrics for a song entitled 'Day of Reckoning'

If I should walk alone,
Then only I can know, -

Another black rose was born tonight,
she was only 16. -
You never did say those words,
Those words I long to hear. -
If you run the blade across your wrist,
I will never forgive, -
The light is gone, yet there is still love.
When there is no hope. -
This is not a poem. It is a collection of metaphors, and descriptions. These are personal to me, and you may comment if you would like to.
