White Horses (a Riddle for Barbara)

We've been called White Horses
And unpredictable forces.
Made by heat, sound, light, and arcs,
Moving with the Moon, air, and sharks.
Made by your hands as well as the sea
We are the motion that sets some free.

Oh this is a great poem, I think I know the answer simply because I to watch these white horses whenever I can myself. I'm going to try to figure this IM thingy out and see if I'm right.

Huntress has solved first and who will be next? The new format is to guess or respond by I.M. and this is better because it gives more opportunities to all. Peace, and thanks Huntress for your astute reasoning! Best Regards, David

Amazon, you are close, but could you I.M. me with your answer. This allows people to not accidently see the correct answer. Thanks and Best wishes
