My love, my love, my sweet, sweet love,
the one I hold so dear,
my angel sent from high above
to bless me all my years,
I need to hold you close, my love,
your velvet skin on mine—
the perfect painted portrait of
our bodies intertwined.
Forever there we’ll stay, my love,
you nestled close to me,
and still it isn’t time enough
to satisfy the need.
Oh how I need you so, my love,
down deep within my soul.
I crave your soft and gentle touch
like nothing I have known.
My love, my love, my dear, sweet love,
your name is in my heart,
for we’ve been blessed with perfect love,
and never will we part.

Perfect....as always.
I'm so glad I dropped in. I have really missed this place.
Reading something new from you is a wonderful welcome back.

This has got to be the best love poem I have read in such a very long time. It was perfect. The timing, the flow, the rythym......astounding. I know this feeling all too well, so maybe thats why I related to it and fell in love with this poem. I could have never penned anything this beautiful. You have expressed yourself well. LOVE IT!!!! ~*Amy*~

Very expressive of the feelings of this love. I really enjoyed reading this. I'll be reading more of your poetry, and will check out your daughter's also.
I like what I've read of yours so far
