The new year has arrived
Finally 2005
Wanting to lose those few extra pounds
Resolutions...
Always meant to be broken.
Wanting to be happy.
Wishing everyone else was the same
World peace
The end to discrimination
I wish there wasnt so many tragedies in the world
Innocent people
Dying
Pleading for life
It isn't fair.
I hope this world will change
In the next few years.
Everything needs improvement
Nothing is perfect
Even if you wish it to be
Prayer...
Can do wonders.
But God wasn't the one
Who made all of this happen
It was his children
That hurt the world
Not Gods hands.
I hope to find more spirituality
Everyone needs hope
Something to believe in
Even if it isn't God.
I hope this year will be different.

Sadly, I agree with you. I too do not believe it was God who has caused all the destruction in this world. He gave us freewill and we've abused it. Also, I have to wonder if all of those who blame God for the bad also give him credit for the good...I doubt it.
I hope this year proves to be a great one for you, me and everyone else in this world. Happy New Year and best of luck to you in the coming days.
