My love is back by my side once more
now I won't have to knock on his door.
In time for christmas he came on line
"hello my sweet, hope you are fine!"
How those words were music to my ears
so happy, my eyes filled with tears.
we talked; we laughed; and we cried;
once more he is back by my side.
"Be patient my love, it's allright
I won't disappear, nor leave your sight!"
In his country it happens this way
at least I know he is here to stay.
our love never wavered, it stayed strong
we are back in our arms where we belong.
For a love so deep, can never tarnish
our love we have found is our greatest wish.
