The days are dark,
The people are frustrated,
Fixated on presents, gifts and money,
Gone the aura of glee,
That often filled my Christmas,
Lost along with child hood,
Sadness is my merriment,
Pain is my gift to you,
Hatred all to be received,
No Christmas is this day nore the next,
For all Ive ever wanted was on my list,
And all ill get is more tears and pain.
If only my world weren't broken,
Were Santa wasn't dead,
And were the Easter bunny was afoot,
But holidays are a sham,
A reason for people to drink and laugh,
Give thanks for all they have gotten,
Well this time around my stocking is full,
To the brim with nightmares and havoc,
The presents are poison for all my pleasure,
The tree made of fire swelling with harrow,
Upon the lawn lay the snow man,
Black with terror and made from hate,
So upon this day I dub as follows,
Black as night for Christmas has fallen.

They drink to get away for whats coming up as soon as the holiday ends. My Mom, sister, and I all fuckin drink all the time. we do it to get away from thinkin of leaving our house, and from losing kelly lynn. my dad dont drink but hes a tweeker/stoner/coke head/ass hole. lol. great write mike.
