Death Separates Us

I lost my grandpa in July '03.
My grandpa died of a
Cerebral Brain Hemorrhage.
It created a blood clot,
That couldn't be removed,
Or stopped.
He slipped into a coma,
Never to re-awaken.
I loved him so.

My grandpa was,
And always will be,
An awesome person;
He had a great personality,
Raring and ready to go,
Full of life,
Had alot of love,
All the works.
I loved him so.

But when this day came,
Nobody was ready,
To let my grandpa go.
I screamed,
I cried,
But nothing worked.
I loved him so.

Know there is something,
Something between us.
Life,
Death,
A barrier of time.
I can't wait to see him,
For now,
That something between us,
Is strong,
But I know,
It will not last forever.
I loved him so.

Author notes

I wrote this poem and dedicated it to my Grandpa who, as you can see, I loved very much. If you have lost a loved one, put their name and info into these lines and you will see that the barrier will brake someday and you will be reunited.

This is a really nice poem and repeating the line, "I loved hime so," really added to the poem. It was a really sad, but reasuring poem, because it says that you will be reunited sooner or later. Oh, and in the fourth line created is spelled craeted. You don't need to change it just thought you might like to know.
