WARNING: Extremely dark content

The straight-back ebony chair awaits...
searing hot... in the center
Spotlighted by ethereal flames
surrounded by the stark blackness of oblivion.
Stripped of her garments... pride... dignity
the trembling girl makes her way along the brimstone path
narrow and burning...
Lined with long serrated claws reaching out
begging to slice through her delicate skin.
Jagged cuts mark her arms as the nails bite through...
Scarlet rivulets bleed into a dark rain from cold fingers
leaving a trail in her foot steps.
The voices... O! The voices... hiss in her ears
Whispering remarks she has heard before,
"Slut"
"Whore"
"Tramp"
She dares not turn her head... those voices have no owner
Only the hands of her damnation.
They are waiting now at her final seat.
Blood drenched the claws lash out again
ripping the tender skin across her naked breasts.
A single tear bleeds from crystal blue eyes
with the growing knowledge no escape exists
as a clawed hand reaches into long blonde hair
spinning her... forcing her to sit.
The overwhelming heat burns, she cries out for her soul
Her soul is gone and lost
The hands... those torturous demons... inch ever closer
gagging her with spiked metal ball
and razor wire straps...
Sliding easily into the flesh taught with fear.
Her hands and feet are bound...
chains and barbed wire... cutting again
Piercing wrists and searing flesh with hatred's fire.
She begs and pleads for mercy at last...
[what the voices wish to hear.]
Her hands are hooked above her head her feet follow suit
meeting her wrists painfully...
She is raised...
Left vulnerable with her delicate graces open and glistening
the voices taunt further
as a nail reaches out tracing the open lips...
She bites into her lip anticipating
knowing... fearing...
She feels the heat approach...
Repeatedly she is raped
White, hot irons lunge inside to be pulled out
melting flesh clinging to the tips
Sliding off in moist chunks, plopping to the ground.
She is dropped to the floor in a quivering heap
the claws drag her back down her path...
The voices laughing,
"Tomorrow"
"Eternity"

wonderful description of this personal hell. Imagery was fantastic. this should be enough to get some people to rethink their actions on earth, if this could be waiting for them after.......

Oh that was simply breathtaking darling. I loved the imagery you used. It was a delicious write and was put in an excellent form. I wonder what it would have sounded like rhyming..... i couldn't find any misspellings so CONGRATS!!!!! you did a wonderfully job and i hope to read some more! good luck in all your contests. Oh and a lovely title would be Bittersweet Oblivion or Scarlet Damnation.

You know what, I think the real Pathway To Hell is that slippery slope of addiction that many fall down when they begin to experiment with the olsen twins, sure theres no harm in watching a little Mary Kate and Ashley movie here and there but what about when your selling crack and whoreing yourself out just to get enough money for the new Mary Kate action figure, that my friend is the real way to Hell.

I couldnt pass up a nibble and a read. This is a very chilling visualization of hell. The images are startling and they seem realistic, just without the corny brimstone and men in red tights. Very nice, flow was a bit odd but I liked it overall.
