It's so cold outside,
The wind cuts right through me.
Quickly walking to your open arms,
the only place I want to be.
It's so cold outside,
Winter's air biting at my face.
We stand shivering, all alone,
Holding tightly in our loving embrace.
The snow begins to fall
as we look up to the sky.
I look back at you and can't stop smiling.
I always do, You've always wondered why.
The snow begins to fall
I lightly brush it away.
You look in my eyes and take my hand.
The snow on our shoulders is here to stay.
Looking into your eyes
They tell me so much.
I know that you love me
by the softness of your touch.
Look in my eyes...
What do they say?
My love for you is endless.
Just like the snow falling today.

Hehe. Yeah, I kinda notice that too. It's sorta that way with all my poems like this. Plus, I try to paint a picture with everything I write. Or, at least, when I'm writing it, I can see it.

I like how you feel the love not say it. It's shown through the scene and what's going on, but never right out said, but not doubted either.

Snow has always been like that for me...cold as hell til you have somebody you love by your side
, of course it's better to be snuggled next to them by an open fire, but hey, who can afford to be picky, lol. Great poem.
