Train Station

People sittin’ waitin’ for the train
I study them and wonder why
Are they coming or going?
For business or pleasure?
Or are they like me?
Waitin’ for the
Right moment
When they’ll
Leave

Author notes

I wrote this after watching the people at the train station by my home, they all had a strange look of boredom in their eyes

You know, this brought to mind something I wrote a few years ago inspired by the very same people, on the subway in Toronto! I'm hoping to have time to dig up some of my older work and start posting some of it in the near future. I like this, short and packing a punch.
