The word spirit visited me again in Yoga class today.
In this Bickram style Yoga they heat the room up to 100+ degrees and then for 90 minutes it's full tilt, take you to your edge yoga! I watch as some folks cave in and leave (and I would guess feel somewhat defeated). It occurred to me that the metaphor for life is not too distant here and these words came to me. It was a very mindful practice.

A very optimistic inspirational write...conveys a really powerful hopeful message ... think so many do give up somewhere along the way Henri , unfortunatly...nice to be reminded we dont have to...
