This shape poem of yours stays my favorite -- I love the echo of the word "tend" ... LOVELY indeed! Can you perhaps send it to me on a WHITE background, Sunflower? If it is not too much trouble, Dearest -- I would appreciate that.

Well I've got two dogs and a baby on the way so I'd have to make sure to get something small and safe (not potentially poisonous). I have allergies to pollen and mold and other environmental things- I think the only flowers that don't make me sneeze are roses and lilacs. I did buy some of those and had my mother plant them in her yard for me. She's allergic to pines so we've never been able to have a real Xmas tree. Ah well, they're a pain anyways to water and clean up after

Very cute with a beautiful message!

This is a cute little shape poem. I loved the content of the poem, its message and meaning, the way it is structured in the form of a tree{its subject} and the lovely colours green and brown used for it. I also admire how you followed the techniques of shape poetry and used commas to separate the sentences. This poem has just three sentences but it is a work of art the way they have been arranged on this page. You've also used action words and feeling words very well. Very nice work! Thank you very much for sharing this.

    Best wishes always,
    Charishma

P.S. Sorry to hear about your laptop giving you problems. I hope Staples took it back.

No period needed after the word "care" as it is a continuation completing the last sentence. Other than that, this is very impressive, and I must say that you have improved greatly from when you first began to tackle these. The sentiments within the prose are so loving, from a caring heart, and rich with the attitude of "giving." BTW--Will have to figure out a way to send all the clothes I've been picking out for you. One box is full, and another one is near to being full. And, I've still got stuff to go through, because I know you'll enjoy them. Now, what you don't want, please drop them off to the Red Cross and ask them to send them on to the tsunami victims in Indonesia, Samalia, India, and just in that general direction. I know there will be a bunch you like, and they should fit. There's two brand new pair of jeans that fit me, but they're too short, so they should work for you very well. I think they're 550's. Anyhow, thought I'd let you know. I sure hope you can use them and enjoy them. Again, this is a beautiful piece of creative work. I love it! Love to you and tons of hugs. And, know that I will always care. Always.--Kel /:

    wonderful picture poetry

Beautiful poem, very well done! A tree is a living thing, keeping nature in balance. I enjoy the way you compare the tree to a human being. I see many qualities of people in trees, plants, landscapes and animals. Living on the rural prairie one has many observation opportunities. I enjoyed this poem very much. You should be very proud of the content and ability to place in the shape of a tree. You have more patience than I do! God Bless, Sweetie. Keep penning! Happy 2005.
