Thank you for the lovely comment. I appreciate it coming from a wonderful poet such as yourself. Being a new Christian (July was my rebirth) there is still so much to learn. Take care, Sandy

There is a wonderful painting of which I cannot recall the artist or title that shows lost souls dropping off a mountain into eternal flames, that is what this haiku evoked in my mind. Very good imagery! Good luck with the challenge!

Thank you Ann for your wonderful comment. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I did some Chritmas wrapping as I listened to xmas songs and today we got our tree and put it up. Now all I have to do is wait for Santa. Take care, Sandy

    Powerful!

Short and sad, but me hopes to make it in the air, and not down there... Thanks for sharing Sandy, and I like the way you did this powerful piece!

    Very Good

Old news Sandy, but a good write. So little says so much. Keep up the great work and remember, don't play with fire.
    Take care and God Bless.
