Eternal Ice Queen? Where?
Not inside Raven, no Ice Queen there
A loving child with smiling eyes
Trapped inside a frigid disguise
A tattered soul in incessant despair
In search of love, someone to care
Prisoner of frost in glacial confines
Blessed with a pen and a brilliant mind
Write not today, for we shall pen for you
In your favorite colors; black, purple and blue
No need to peer in the mirror, stare at your reflection
Close your eyes I’ll lead you in the right direction
Ascending higher, towards the sky
Hang out with angels on cloud nine
Have lunch with the man himself
Consume yourself with heavenly wealth
A shower of love for the birthday girl
If I could, I’d give you the world
Wrap it up nice and tight
Silver wrapping paper to your delight
Top it off with a beautiful bow
Give your face a birthday glow
Happy Birthday my wonderful sis
I send my love enclosed with a kiss

This is a beautiful write. You seem to touch the heart of Raven. I see that you didn't really use a line from a poem of hers as you said just fragments and interpretations.

If you got inspiration from me, then perhaps all of Renee's coaxing has worked. I posted a new poem today in one of those text page slots, finally...and guess what, it's not a revision, but actually new!
Wherever there is writer's block, I swear from now on to kick its ass for hindering my friends!
Now, on to the poem. Your words are tender, very sweet. And even I can't tell that you are on a "writer's block" trip I don't believe you, lol 
You incorporated poems I wrote--not that I think they're the absolute best in the universe or anything, but still--and made them seem like you came up with the words before I did! 
I have nothing but accolades for this poem...it is heavenly, majestic, and heartfelt. I love it!
