Carols, which dance through the air.
Hope, which has been given to us by the Christ Child.
Rich chocolates, in which we usually never indulge.
Instant gratification when a loved one opens a gift from us.
Stars shining brightly upon the treetops.
Trees lovely decorated for our eye to behold.
Memories of Christmases long ago and the ones we make this year.
Anticipation of what Santa may bring to each one.
Snow we desperately wish to blanket the ground on Christmas Eve.

This seems more like a list of what you love about Christmas. Nevertheless, I liked how you pulled it off. This describes the holiday season wonderfully. Great job, and keep on writing.

[edit]Oh crap. Didn't realize it was an acrostic.
That makes it even better. [/edit]
