sitting here alone
with the screaming emotions
of my beating heart
listening as each beat
expresses the fears that
i can't control
wondering if right now
my loneliness will continue
and if my greatest fear
will someday be..
a reality
solitude is fine
for some moments in time
but no one deserves
it for eternity
which is why i'm
terrified that i won't
ever meet someone...
that no one will ever
love me back...
and that i'll be alone
for the rest of my life

Good write! I think theres always a bit of that kind of fear in a person. I know I have it! Kind of blows some serious monkey butt eh? Definetly emotional and moving. Well done, keep it up. O, and thanks for your comment some time back
I dont know if I ever got back to you from that one cuz I lost track of my AP for a while. Anyways, like I said before, good job.

gosh braeden, i am going through this exact same thing right now. i thought i had someone but once again it was proved that all guys lie and it just makes me wonder if there are any guys out there that don't lie. but i know there is someone out there who is perfect for you. i know the waiting sucks but it will be worth it! awesome poem brae im thrilled you finally added something we used to add to ap a lot so im happy i got to read something new by you. and wow i can relate so much to this. i really loved the ending of this poem. nicely done brae. and you will find someone we all will...just gotta remember that i know there is some great guys out there for us

Great write, I have felt this way many times, and have written poems on the subject. However this one gets the point across very well. this is one of the reasons that you are on my favorites list. Great Write, and good luck with everything.
