Father

Everything that sleeps within me awakens when I see your face
All the things about me that you had once considered fake
It was only until you saw the sea of sinners around me
That you realized what a fucking monster I can be!

Protecting myself and all that matters to me, that’s all I gotta do
Even after everything I only have one reason to care about you

Oh dear father, you only saw an innocent face
And all I saw you had blamed on fate
Once I start to show you what’s really inside me
You will start to understand you know nothing about me!

Protecting myself and all that matters to me, that’s all I gotta do
Even after everything I only have one reason to care about you

You blamed my friends -don’t ever pull that shit again
You blamed my love -the one that I really cared of
You blamed my mom -you never saw me as a bomb
You blamed my peers -all because I’m queer

A very strong and powerful write. Full emotions very raw and clear. nothing hidden just say like it is. pain anger, grieve.
You start of like a rocket with:
Everything that sleeps within me awakens when I see your face
All the things about me that you had once considered fake
and lay the deep emotions in there from the first line. You build your write very good that way to keep the reader captured to your write
