I think about you day and night.
If you were with me everything would be all right.
But you have moved on,
Our relationship as come to and end.
Now you are off with my best friend.
You know I still like you
And so does she.
Now you two are together
For all to see.
I miss you so much it makes me want to cry.
But you don’t even like me so why do I try.
You don’t even like her.
You’re just trying to make me mad.
It’s working and you making me sad.
Now I must put our memories behind.
I need to hide the key to my heart,
For someone else to find.
I have to forget about you.
Forget all the time we shared.
Forget the wonderful smell of your hair.
Now that you’re out of my life,
I can stop crying over you.
And forget about everything that happened between us.
The only problem is…
I miss you!

What a sad poem but composed so beautifully by a very wonderful poet with a shining talent for the world to see and enjoy. Its sad that the person you loved has moved onto your best friend which indicates they were never sincere but only messing with emotions.I am glad you have painted your talent into words of art that allow the readers minds eye to see and their heart to feel your creative poetry.
