yeah i din't know either, but the legal definition in most states is 'vaginal or anal penetration by penis, object or finger (some include tongue too) and also forced oral sex.

Wow.. i know how you feel..like i can really exactly relate.. this happened to me about two years ago.. i never thought finger penetration was rape either.. but i found that out about a year ago..that it is. I will never understand why ppl fucking do this.. i hate the guy who did this to me..adn i hate having to relive it day after day in my mind.. and i really hope that you are ok..b/c i know how hard it was for me! 10 months, wow, it only happened twice, this guy is a real creep, he scratched me and made me bleed, and i found out last year that he did similar things to one of my friends, he grabbed her hair and forced his dick into her mouth and after she threw up, the fucker should be castrated.

Yeah, it is.... that is EXACTLY what happened to me when I was ten, its something that you will always remember, but I will tell you this right now, it WILL get better, if you EVER want to talk or e-mail me just let me know and I will IM you my e-mail address. I know that this is hard, I have been there, it happened to me for ten months, a matter of fact, it triggered a memory when I read this, and I think I may write a poem about my experience as well. You are so strong and full of courage Hun, to write and express what happened to you, it takes a strong and courageous person to do so.

i todl the police about what happened to me hte second time, not by the saem person of course, but they believed me, thoguh the guy was pretty quick to admit to it. i think he realized if he didnt my cousin was going to beat the shit out of him, if not kill him. get an over powering male relative to threaten the guy into admitting, thats what i did, except i didnt tell my cousin to do it, he did it on his own....but i no youre feeling, i truly do. and yo ucant ever get rid of it, no matter how hard you try. an even thoguh the guy i no went to jail for it, i still relive it everyday, an he lives not even 5 minutes from me. i no the fear and pain. and i am sorry.

i don't think it would make much difference, he did it to someone else too, but she won't press charges, and i'm afraid no one will believe me if it's just me. it was 3 years ago, i just keep reliving it today.
