Move us from this still place,
for our feet are still soft.

For we have not a blister,
if there is one, it is not seen.
We long to feel the weight of your body,
Step- by- step
Father, we shall faithfully step on the cactus of lies.
Then we shall walk among the broken hearted,
willingly we walk with love.
We long for the bed of soft you have prepared for us.
But for now, trusting in you,
we live by your will,
empowered by love!
We live in faith
in a promise
that you will pull us through.
Fit our feet
with the readiness
that comes from the gospel of your peace.
Prepare us Lord Jesus! Prepare us!
we are watchful and thankful,
like a child we believe.
Fill us with grace,
season us with salt.
You are the head.
We stand firm in your truth.
We encourage and rebuke with all authority
given to us by the inheritance through Christ Jesus
Grace and peace be with all
in the name of Jesus Christ
our Lord and Savior for ever and ever
