Five wise blind men decide to go to the zoo
Those refrained from vision can see through third eye
How does an elephant look, they had no clue.
How come the inner vision can they imply?
Maybe, they focus on one thing at a time
Each day in their lives, it’s something they defy.
First touched the round body and tried to climb
He thought, elephant is like a slimy wall
“It’s like a snake”, exclaimed the next on line.
It’s like a fan, it’s a trunk, NO; a rope small
Each of them were sure and totally obsessed
A wise man revealed, they’re all wrong after all.
In our society we think we know best
We compete to convince, and detest the rest.

hahaha, my fried told me about this tale just yesterday ... I had heard of it, and she has promised me a conclusion ...
your way of putting this wisdom-tale into verse, is wonderful ... especially the concluding couplet, where you use this ancient story and apply it to day-to-day-life ...
you are right, we all are a bit (if not a lot) like those blind men, believing that a partial truth represents the totality of it ... you have offered us a precious reminder of of being attentive to this tendency of exclusive thinking ...
thank you for your participation,
all the best,
maa
