Seeing you again, will my heart still skip a beat?
Seeing you here, will i still feel like I'm floating and not on my feet?
After everything you said you didn't mean to do,
Will i still be in love with you?

Like a distant memory in the back of my head,
I sense your presence, as if i knew you were there without having to turn my head,
Then I see you, you not knowing that i found you, still looking the way you did,
Then something i never thought would happen...did.

I waited for the butterflies in my stomach to come, but they didn't,
I waited for my heart to get fuzzy and skip a beat, but it didn't,
I waited for my face to turn red and for me to loose my words, but i didn't,
I waited for tongue to become twisted and gibberish to come out, but it didn't.

I just starred at you, waiting for these old feelings to return,
I waited long enough to finally realized what had happened to my yearn,
I thought i would love you for ever, i thought my heart would always belong to only you,
I realized that our love had died, it had faded away, my feelings for you had vanished and finally now my heart will stop aching over you.
