They Call Me Auslander

They call me Auslander

The snow falls,
Drifting through the trees,
Sifting into light banks,
Formed by the supple breeze.

It feels good,
To watch it alone,
I am silent and still,
I am frozen to my bones.

The cold can't bother me,
My mind is free,
The pain is gone,
The way it should be.

I wait until they do not sense my presence,
When they do not see,
Then I attack,
No emotion or mercy.

I have left humanity,
My sick, twisted old pack,
I saw through their vanity,
When I was stabbed in the back.

Never again will they torment me,
Never will they try,
If they come near my World,
They most assuredly die.

I am the lone wolf,
Freed of society's grope,
I have found my peace,
My happiness, my long-awaited hope.

They call me Auslander,
I call them no more.

Author notes

I wrote this today in my Spanish II class instead of listening to the nut that is my teacher.  It's raw, and is in need of a lot of work, but I won't do it.  Though it never sounds proper, only raw work conveys the true emotion of a work of literature.  Primative as this may be, it's exactly as it should be.

Hey, it was about time you wrote something new and put it on here. But this was awesome. Awesomely rad, with a hint of cool potatos in it. Hehe, no but seriously now. The poem was deep. Though, I still don't know what auslander is suppossed to be. Sorry for my misspelling anything. I'm no good without spell check. So yeah, Senora's a freak. This is awesome!
    Peace and Love,
    Leah.
