I am only learning what God means to me,
He very recently saved my lost soul,
a non believer for so many lost years,
life's bitterness had taken it's toll.
I found God through a sweet young man,
he spoke how God always loved me,
I have found peace and tranquility,
without God, this just would not be.
God's wonders have opened my eyes,
I now see the wonders of His love,
living my life completely for my Lord,
waiting for eternity, in Heaven above.
Every thing in my life has changed,
God's greatness is so abundantly clear,
I see things now through God's love,
there is no more sorrow, no more fear.
Words in a poem cannot fully express,
the passion of my love that I now see,
I truly rejoice in His wondrous love,
Yes, God truly means the world to me.
