Dreams

I've had some dreams
So real and true,
I've woken up confused.
I'm terrified that you are one,
That I've just dreamt of you.

But if I am dreaming, then,
I pray on bended knee-
Please, God, have mercy on my heart,
And never more wake me.

    Lovely. Often I have feelings like this one. In fact, I tend to go to sleep when I feel I can't take more of this world. It rarely fails. Sometimes dreams are so wonderful. I too, have wished to never wake again. Beautiful poem, brief yet with a lovely flow, and with a nice little ending. Be well!
