Vicious, twisting full of rage
Explosive pounding through my veins
Suffocation closes in
Darkness swallows all, within
Screaming mocks, silent retreat
Blackness falls with lightning streaks
Eruption from pain that stalks
Calmness comes where silence walks

Wow this is a powerful poem it really comes from your heart I can tell that and what a lot of anger you have inside that needs to come out so keep writing and letting that healing flow happen.
