There are many temptations all around us,
children not knowing right from wrong,
being left all alone after school is over,
feeling they don't fit in or don't belong.
Too many sad children knowing sorrow,
some are left with so many deep scars,
many will grow up and find their comfort,
using drugs, or drinking in bars.
If only they could know the love of Jesus,
their pain would be taken all away,
there would be no need to get drunk again,
if they would read the Bible every day.
God is calling to all the dear children,
the ones who feel so unloved and so sad,
God will love you, He will never hurt you,
He is the answer, when you're feeling bad.
So kneel tonight and pray with your children,
look all around you, God is always nearby,
ask for forgiveness for your failures,
teach the children, give God's love a try.

This is one for the children who have lost their way and gone astray..you preach well and most of your poems are psalms these are the beacons for many who have lost their way..if only more partake of your food==Shubs
