Behind her flashing eyes, a powerful force,
Step out of her way, when she charts her course.
Like the eye of a storm she can hold her own,
With just a look she can freeze you to the bone.
Her temper runs hot like a fast moving fire,
She can leave you melting with molten desire.
She can caress your soul like a fresh spring rain,
Sipping all your essence like sparkling champagne.
When she smiles you are under her control,
For just a glance you would sell your soul.
Her beauty radiates like a spinning wheel,
To hold her hand you would endure any ordeal.
She holds all the power its best you take note,
Just do what she says or that'll be all she wrote.

I really liked this. Your rhymes were good, the flow was excellent. It kind of seemed just a bit unfinished though, only because it left me wondering who this powerful woman was. So I guess I was a little disappointed that I didn't get to find out. A really good poem though, with a definite sense of mystery. I enjoyed reading this.

I think that I may have caught on the idea of you possibly personifying a force of nature such as lightning or wind, I had a great picture in my head the whole time. Great wording and really brilliant imagery.

What an awesome background! May I ask how you did that? Wonderful write! Pulled me in from the very 1st. line. Just reading and waiting to grab the next line! Powerful right , filled with emotions. This picture background, I thought described a lot of women down to the very last fine hair. My storms rage within. I'd like with the wisdom life has given grandma to be able to express them clearly.
