Walking With Thee

I felt you walking next to me,
as I walked upon the sand,
you never left me all alone,
Lord you always held my hand.

Lord I did not know it was you,
who helped me through my life,
you were there to pick me up,
and to take away my strife.

I could not see or hear you, 
somehow I knew you were near,
loving me though all my sins,
calming me from all my fear.

Lord,now I see you so clearly,
your voice has now been heard,
now as you walk next to me,
I listen to your every word.

I live my life  for you Lord,
being all that I can truly be,
you always walked beside me,
Lord, now let me walk with Thee
