Write me a song,
It doesn't need to be long,
Just something to show love,
No need to say I'm sent from above.
Just show me that you care,
And when times are hard that you'll be there,
Always there through thick and thin,
Even when I commit a sin.
I'm not asking for a guarantee,
Just write from your heart in all honesty,
Put it out for the world to see,
Let them know that you love me.
Am I asking for too much,
All my heart want's is to feel your emotions touch,
Just write me a song,
No need for it to be long.

reminds me of a phrase, together we are apart. to say i love you without a look, a touch. something with feeling in it. we say "i love you" so easy. thinking the emotional side of the phrase is not necessary. how wrong we are. liked it.

Awww
Hey, I liked this a lot. I thought it was really cute. I think you captured what you were going for. It wasn't EXTREMELY emotional, but emotions were there. In the last stanza, the second line. I don't like it too much as it's long and throws the poem off a bit. But again, very cute

aww it's sweet... very cute too ^^ the rhymes aren't even forced which is hard to find unless you're actually reading a lyricist like Cory
