This girl who visions so truly
This friend I'd call my own
She holds the light to her dreams
Her path, so brightly shown
She's stumbled through the mountains
And swam through the deepest sea
She had so much to discover
And still had time for me
She's a riot in the darkness
Her smile makes all bright
Through all the storms she's traveled
She's pushed on with all her might
A tear rolls down her cheek
As she follows through her pain
For all the bull she's dealt with
She wonders if she's sane
We seem to share our visions
That linger through our head
We wonder, is it worth it?
Or are we better off dead?
This question is so often
Throughout everyone's heart
We wonder, 'Could this world take it?
If we were to be apart?'
Though the answer seems so simple
With such a tiny blade
But the world would kill us all
If that's how it were made
This path seems only dimmer
The challenge to see the way
And every step is darker
Than the one, just yesterday
The tears are held in deeply
We beg to stand it through
I'm willing to take life on
But only if it's with you

omg every time i read this poem it makes me cry. i didnt know anyone could know me as well as you do! i love you so muck kay you are and will always be my best friend and my sister. i will never forget the friendship that we have and i will cherish every minute that you are in my life. i will always be here for you no matter what through thick and thin because thats what family is for and thats what you are you are my family. i love you so much i am eternally gratefull that god brought you into my life i love you forever
