If I see you down with sorrow,
I will be your joy tomorrow.
If I see that you are sad,
Tomorrow I will make you glad.
If I see you’re not at peace,
Tomorrow all your troubles cease.
If one night you start to weep,
Tomorrow you’ll be hugged to sleep.
And if my love don’t seem to show,
Tomorrow it will surely grow.
With you my love will always stay,
And will be shown you everyday.
And with that love it’ll ease your sorrows
Into new happy tomorrows.
Into your heart my love I pour,
And I will love you forever more.

aww!
this is a very sweet, calming poem, almost like a lullaby in a way. i like how your rhymes don't seem forced and how you stick to simple words to convey a message that's equally simple but beautiful.

This is better
Yes, I try to stay away from dark/sad/depressing stuffs, well not all sad poems are depressing, though.
I liked the spirit in this one. Quite uplifting and full of tender feelings. That is the kind of protection every girl are looking for, even when they say otherwise
Very very nice!
Kisses and love,
Mari

Great flow and rhyming, but then what if your the person that made them cry? would you still hug them to sleep?

Very beautiful... the way in which you are able to write about someone else's love and the way you can make somebody feel better by loving and supporting them... its true.
