THE ROSE
The beauty of the fragrant rose,
is captured in the morning sun.
Awakening your sight and smell,
another summer sunrise has begun.
It's beauty stands for devotion,
roses speak to the one you love.
The softness of the rose petals,
created by God in Heaven above.
He surrounded the rose's beauty,
to touch the thorns, causes pain.
To ensure it's lasting loveliness,
it is nourished with April rain.
Roses always bring a sense of joy,
to an unhappy moment in ones life.
It puts a feeling in your heart,
lessening life's sadness and strife.
Inhale the fragrance of it's beauty,
cast your eyes upon all the splendor.
The rose has a subtle tranquility,
beauty emitting nature's wonder.
