WHAT A STRANGE THING TO BE LEFT ON THE SHELF
PEOPLE STOP AND STARE
I ASK MYSELF, DO I REALLY CARE
WE ALL MEANDER ALONG
SINGING OUR OWN PECULIAR SONG
DAYDREAMING IN OUR OWN LITTLE WORLD
SOME PEOPLE THINK IT IS ABSURD
WELL SOMETIMES THERE ISN'T A BETTER PERSON
ASK YOURSELF,WHO DO YOU CALL ON?
WE ALL KNOW OUR OWN MINDS
WE ALL TALK TO OURSELVES, SOMETIMES
THE DEBATES WE HAVE IN OUR INNER MIND
HELPING OUR THOUGHTS TO REVEAL AND UNWIND
TALKING TO MYSELF
WHAT BETTER PLACE TO BE, WHAT WEALTH
OF INFORMATION THERE IS TO SEE

I've read a number of your pieces now, and I see that you love your life and your family. Having read THIS one, I say 'Yes, yes, oh YES!' - Thats' ME! I'm not alone!
Your work is strongly rooted in reality, but your unrelenting introspection saves it from being dull or boring. You breath life into every moment and your reader is able to walk in your footsteps. I really enjoy these little humouros observations on life and our little quirks as humans....I find myself talking to myself far more often than I think I probably should!
I love the end line....how it justifies the worth of oursleves. As long as we are happy and sure of our choices and path in life, that is all that matters.
