Thank you sis for always being a friend,
a good friend is so hard to find,
you are always there whenever I call,
your love is so caring and kind.
When we were children long ago,
I never knew how special you would be,
I would always argue with you,
I don't know how you put up with me.
The years have flown by so quickly,
there's more behind us then ahead,
I write this poem to tell you now,
all the things I wish I had said .
As a sister you have been wonderful,
many sad times you pulled me through,
giving and never asking in return,
from my heart this poem is for you.
