With my heart and soul I believe in God,
I rejoice everyday to God in Heaven above,
He took my battered soul and mind,
and filled them with his sweet love.
So lost was I for so many years,
I thought all my hope and will were gone,
then through a dear friend I heard a voice,
it was you Lord asking me to come home.
Lord you took me in with no questions asked,
my burdens were all lifted off my shoulders,
you have given me the strength I need,
to make pebbles out of problems that were boulders.
There was not another time in my life,
that has made me feel the way I do,
finding you dear Lord so late in my life,
has allowed me to feel so brand new.
My salvation came right out of the blue,
I am so amazed how beautiful it is to feel,
the warmth of your precious love always beside me,
now I know in my heart, God you are truly real.

This was a very mice write.. i especially liked the last stanza "My salvation came right out of the blue,
